According to a press release dated 28 August 2020, the Banque Centrale des Comores introduced more robust 500- and 1,000-franc notes (B306c and B307c) on 1 September 2020. These notes are like the preceding paper issues, but printed on the Banque de France‘s EverFit composite substrate. The bank also indicated
