B109 (P11): 10 nakfa (demonetized 01.01.2016)

Dark brown, orange, and green. Front: Arabic, English, and Tigrinya text; Eritrean fighters raising EPLF flag; triptych portrait; camel as registration device. Back: English text; camel; train on Obel river (also said to be Dogali river) bridge near Massawa; bank logo. Holographic stripe. Windowed security thread with demetalized BANK OF ERITREA. Watermark: Camel head. Printer: (Unknown). 137 x 67 mm. Paper.

When other denominations underwent color changes, they continued the prefixes from the preceding issues. Curiously, this new note reverts back to prefix AA.
