Can anyone positively identify the building on the back of the 1923-dated note P116? SCWPM lists it as Monroe Palace, but it doesn’t appear to match any views of said building that I could find online.IDENTIFIED: The Palácio da Liberdade is a building in Belo Horizonte, Brazil, which was for several years the office of the government of Minas Gerais state.
