Poland new 19-złoty Polish Security Printing Works numismatic product (BNP823a) confirmed

To commemorate the 100th anniversary of the founding of the Polska Wytwórnia Papierów Wartościowych (Polish Security Printing Works), the National Bank of Poland issued up to 55,000 new 19-złoty banknotes beginning on 2 October 2019.
