This non-circulating 100,000-tögrög note commemorates the 100th anniversary of the People’s Revolution, hence the printed date of 2021 at lower left back. However, the introduction was delayed until 9 December 2025, so initially notes were stamped in red at lower center back with the first day of issue (2025-12-09) to also commemorate the 100th anniversary of the tögrög, which was introduced into circulation on 9 December 1925 (B201).
The 100,000-tögrög commemorative note was also available in either a black folder sold for $6, or a brown folder given to select individuals by the bank.
