Mauritania revised 50-ouguiya commemorative note (B131b1) confirmed

Like B131b2, but 50 denomination on front is SPARK Alive (top, s/n BA 0,000,001 – BA 1,194,938) instead of SPARK Flow (bottom, s/n BA 1,836,281 – BB 0,950,160). The security thread is also different.
