According to an Egypt Independent article dated 10 January 2020, the Central Bank of Egypt plans to print new 10-pound polymer notes (current paper note, B337a, shown above) after moving its headquarters and printing facility to Egypt’s New Administrative Capital being built to the east of Cairo.
