According to various news sources, the Banco de la República intends to introduce a new 100,000-peso note on 31 March 2016. The note is said to feature a portrait of President Carlos Lleras Restrepo and also contains an image of Cocora Valley, Quindio, and the wax palm, the national tree.Read More…
