To commemorate the 100th anniversary of the Polish Legions, the National Bank of Poland issued a new 20-z\u0142oty polymer note<\/a> on 5 August 2014. Up to 50,000 notes will be packaged in a folder and sold for a premium. This note was designed by Andrzej Heidrich, based upon the unissued 5-million-zloty note dated 1995 (see BNP811).<\/p>\n
