This is the first denomination in a new family of seven banknotes printed on DLR\u2019s Safeguard polymer substrate. The other circulating denominations\u201410, 20, 50, 100, 500, and 1,000 rufiyaa\u2014will follow from October 2015 onwards (the existing 5-rufiyaa note will be replaced by a coin).<\/span><\/span>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p><iframe loading=\"lazy\" src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/mYU3vR55kb8\" width=\"640\" height=\"360\" frameborder=\"0\" allowfullscreen=\"allowfullscreen\"><\/iframe><br \/><span style=\"color: #1c1c1c;\"><br \/><\/span><\/p>\n<p><b>BNP201 <\/b>(P25): <b>5,000 rufiyaa<\/b> (US$325)<\/p>\n<p>Light blue and gold.
