This 5,000-koruna note commemorates the commencement of operations of the central bank<\/a>. It is the same as the 2013-dated 5,000-korun note (B126), but with a silver metallic foil with nano effects hot-stamped at left front. The main motif of the nanostructure is the CNB\u2019s special logo marking the 100th anniversary of the commencement of operations of the National Bank of Czechoslovakia, designed by graphic designer Jan Solpera, who also designed the lettering on Czech banknotes. The additional print also features two portraits of the first President of Czechoslovakia, Tom\u00e1\u0161 Garrigue Masaryk, and a QR code linking to the CNB\u2019s webpages dedicated to the anniversary. A total of 200,000 notes were available from 22 September 2026 with a limit of one note per person.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n
