The primary enhancement is the replacement of the <a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/www.cranecurrency.com\/products-services\/motion\/\" target=\"_blank\">Crane Motion windowed security thread<\/a> with a <a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/www.louisenthal.com\/solutions\/security\/security-threads\/rollingstar-security-threads\" target=\"_blank\">Louisenthal RollingStar windowed security thread<\/a> on the 2,000-, 5,000-, and 10,000-shilling notes (B141 &#8211; B143).
