If written properly in Belarusian, the name of Mir Castle should read \u041c\u0406\u0420\u0421\u041a\u0406 \u0417\u0410\u041c\u0410\u041a (as it is written in large type in the caption on the front, as well as in the mircorprinted rectangle below the denomination at upper left on the front), but instead the text is written \u041c\u0418\u0420\u0421\u041a\u0406 \u0417\u0410\u041c\u0410\u041a. Officials at the KGB and the <a href=\"http:\/\/www.nbrb.by\" target=\"self\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">National Bank of the Republic of Belarus<\/a> claim that this is an intentional error intended to trip up counterfeiters, which may be true.
