The notes are identical to the current issues, but with new Motion windowed security threads and perfect registration devices instead of holographic patches on the fronts, and mother-of-pearl threads and fluorescent colors added on the backs. Existing notes will circulate in parallel with the new notes.<\/p>\n<p>Signators on all denominations are Dan M. Knudsen and Aksel V.
