The higher denominations aren\u2019t affected because they use different security features.\n<p>The bank laid the blame on the paper and placement of the OVI feature in the center of the note where it is subjected to the most folding. On 4 June 2013, the bank announced it improved the paper quality and shifted the placement of the OVI feature to avoid being folded.
