The French Pacific Territories chapter of The Banknote Book is now available for individual sale at US$0.99, and as a free download to subscribers.
This 5-page catalog covers every note (36 types and varieties, including 29 notes unlisted in the SCWPM) issued by the Institut d’Emission d’Outre-Mer (Overseas Issuing Institute) from 1986 until present day. Revised 15 October 2012.
Each chapter of The Banknote Book includes detailed descriptions and background information, full-color images, and accurate valuations. The Banknote Book also features:

Le Directeur Général - Alain Vienney
Le Présidente du Conseil de Surveillance - Jean-Pierre Landau
Le Directeur - Patrick Besse
The 5,000- and 10,000-franc notes have also been confirmed with this new signature combo.
Furthermore, in late 2008 the 1,000-franc note was issued with the same signatories, except that Le Directeur Général was still Jean-Michel Severino:
